Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that meet and exceed our stakeholder expectations.Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s business goalsLead, inspire, and grow talented Software, Data and Machine Learning teams.Ensure the scalability, security, reliability and cost efficiency of our technology infrastructure.Lead on technical architecture and design ensuring that it is scalable, flexible, and robust.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Technology team.Work closely with the Product team to ensure alignment with company priorities, execution of the roadmap, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive accountability for deliverables.Take a hands-on approach to project management. We are a small growing organization which involves wearing many hats and at times willingness to ‘roll up our sleeves’.Drive agile methodologies and best practices to optimize product development processes and increase efficiency.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate market opportunities into technical solutions.About You You should be passionate about building software products as well as being deeply curious about energy and the energy transition.
