About the Role Youwill be responsible for shaping and driving the company’stechnology strategy, creating a platform that is a leader in energysystem modelling. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll collaboratewith cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, andinnovative solutions that meet and exceed our stakeholderexpectations. Responsibilities * Collaborate with senior leadershipto define the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignmentwith the company’s business goals Lead, inspire, and grow talentedSoftware, Data and Machine Learning teams. Ensure the scalability,security, reliability and cost efficiency of our technologyinfrastructure. Lead on technical architecture and design ensuringthat it is scalable, flexible, and robust. Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement and innovation within the Technology team.Work closely with the Product team to ensure alignment with companypriorities, execution of the roadmap, facilitate cross-functionalcollaboration, and drive accountability for deliverables. Take ahands-on approach to project management. We are a small growingorganization which involves wearing many hats and at timeswillingness to ‘roll up our sleeves’. Drive agile methodologies andbest practices to optimize product development processes andincrease efficiency. Collaborate with internal and externalstakeholders to translate market opportunities into technicalsolutions. About You You should be passionate about buildingsoftware products as well as being deeply curious about energy andthe energy transition. Skills & Experience Minimum of 10 yearsof experience in technology and software with proven experience ina senior technology leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP Engineering, orsimilar). Expertise in data strategies, tooling and architectures.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS architecture.Experience developing and productionising machine learning and datascience workloads. Proven track record of successfully building andlaunching products in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strongunderstanding of software development methodologies, includingagile/scrum, and experience working with cross-functional teams ofengineers and product managers. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborateeffectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker withthe ability to translate business objectives into actionableproduct strategies and roadmaps.
