We recently launched Vixa, where automotive meets wellness!nWe are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven conversion rate optimisation specialist who is passionate about driving significant growth. You’ll run experiments to optimise onboarding journeys and work with various stakeholders (product, design, engineering, and marketing).What will I be doing?nOwn the conversion rate optimisation strategy for Vixa\'s website and app, focusing on subscriptions, cross-sells, and up-sells to boost subscriber volume and ARPU.nDevelop and manage the conversion rate optimisation roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and key stakeholders, including design, product, and engineering.nDeliver impactful A/B tests, multivariate tests (MVT), and other experimentation methodologies from ideation to completion, including hypothesis creation, implementation, measurement, and reporting.nCollaborate with our brand, acquisition, and creative teams to create and optimise sales funnels and landing pages by traffic source.nConduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour, funnel performance, and customer segmentation using tools like Google Analytics, Post Hog, and Bloomreach to generate actionable insights.nStay up-to-date on competitor activity and industry trends to inform the experimentation roadmap.nManage daily, weekly, and monthly website and app reporting in collaboration with a marketing data analyst, ensuring stakeholders are clear on success measures and performance.nWhat do I need?nExperience in conversion rate optimisation in a fast-growth environment.nStrong analytical and commercial background with the ability to analyse large amounts of data and identify patterns and insights.nProven track record of improving sign-up conversion rates within a mobile-first setting.nAble to generate ideas for CRO activity with a data-led approach.nExperience running A/B and multivariate tests, working with data teams (data scientists, data analysts).nStrong stakeholder management experience.nExperience with Google Analytics is essential; PostHog is an advantage.nExperience with subscription-based businesses is an advantage.nExperience working with compliance and legal teams is desirable.nComfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.nCreative thinker and problem solver.nExcellent communicator, able to translate complex data into clear and actionable reports.nAdditional InformationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
