Werecently launched Vixa, where automotive meets wellness! We arelooking for an enthusiastic, results-driven conversion rateoptimisation specialist who is passionate about driving significantgrowth. You’ll run experiments to optimise onboarding journeys andwork with various stakeholders (product, design, engineering, andmarketing). What will I be doing? * Own the conversion rateoptimisation strategy for Vixas website and app, focusing onsubscriptions, cross-sells, and up-sells to boost subscriber volumeand ARPU. * Develop and manage the conversion rate optimisationroadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and keystakeholders, including design, product, and engineering. * Deliverimpactful A/B tests, multivariate tests (MVT), and otherexperimentation methodologies from ideation to completion,including hypothesis creation, implementation, measurement, andreporting. * Collaborate with our brand, acquisition, and creativeteams to create and optimise sales funnels and landing pages bytraffic source. * Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour,funnel performance, and customer segmentation using tools likeGoogle Analytics, Post Hog, and Bloomreach to generate actionableinsights. * Stay up-to-date on competitor activity and industrytrends to inform the experimentation roadmap. * Manage daily,weekly, and monthly website and app reporting in collaboration witha marketing data analyst, ensuring stakeholders are clear onsuccess measures and performance. What do I need? * Experience inconversion rate optimisation in a fast-growth environment. * Stronganalytical and commercial background with the ability to analyselarge amounts of data and identify patterns and insights. * Proventrack record of improving sign-up conversion rates within amobile-first setting. * Able to generate ideas for CRO activitywith a data-led approach. * Experience running A/B and multivariatetests, working with data teams (data scientists, data analysts). *Experience with Google Analytics is essential; PostHog is anadvantage. * Experience with subscription-based businesses is anadvantage. * Experience working with compliance and legal teams isdesirable. * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able tomulti-task and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. *Creative thinker and problem solver. * Excellent communicator, ableto translate complex data into clear and actionable reports.Additional Information We’re always looking to recognise and rewardour employees for the work they do.
