  • Conduct ad-hoc deep dive analyses, working with cross-functional teams to answer complex business questions with data.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across departments.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRO, data analytics, or digital marketing analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Google BigQuery and SQL to query and analyze large datasets.
  • Experience in Google Looker (Looker Studio) for building dashboards and visualizing insights.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., AB Tasty, Google Optimize).
  • Deep understanding of CRO principles, user experience best practices, and digital performance optimization.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with paid media, marketplaces, or digital marketing analytics is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial for implementing site changes.
  • Highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
