JOB TITLE: 132715 CRM Data Analyst

SALARY:£47,790 - £53,100

LOCATIONS:Edinburgh

HOURS:Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office in Edinburgh.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Microsoft Dynamics through validation processes and proactive issue resolution

Enrich internal datasets using third-party sources to improve insight reliability across distribution channels

Align Microsoft Dynamics dashboards with Power BI reports, creating seamless and intuitive user experiences

Collaborate with technical teams to identify integration opportunities and streamline reporting processes

Support small-scale data projects and contribute to larger initiatives that enhance business insight

Provide tailored data support across the organisation and step in for the CRM Data Lead when needed

What You’ll Need

Strong capability in using Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI to build insightful reports and dashboards, including applying DAX

Confidence working with Excel and familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps

Ability to manage, manipulate and interpret large, complex datasets with accuracy and clarity

A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies, including Google Cloud Platform

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

A collaborative approach and ideally, familiarity with Intermediary Wealth or Workplace Pensions, and knowledge of SQL, Python or VBA
