Role overview

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. You will collaborate closely with legal, sales, and finance teams to ensure compliance, manage risks, and support the growth of our business through effective contract management. A strong understanding of cloud service provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS agreements will be key to your success in this role.

  • Draft, review, and customer agreements and order forms, including via cloud service provider marketplace (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of contract documentation, including execution, organization, amendments, renewals, and extensions
  • Partner with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure all contracts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and track non-standard deviations
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline the contract lifecycle process and improve contract management efficiency
  • Ensure timely contract execution and monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, as well as legal changes and updates to cloud service provider marketplaces

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degreefrom an accredited institution, and legal or contract management qualifications are a plus, including JD, LLM, CCCM, CPCM, or paralegal certificate
  • Minimum of3 years of experiencein contract management, with specific experience in SaaS offerings provided through cloud service provider marketplaces
  • Proven track record of drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, order forms, extensions and renewals
  • Familiarity with contract management software and tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, global environment
