An exciting marketing agency in London is looking for a Data Analyst to lead forecasting and performance reporting across multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Based in London

  • Hybrid working

  • 3 months initially, with a view to go permanent

  • Start date: ASAP

  • 4-day per week role

  • £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata

The Job

As the Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing forecasting and performance measurement frameworks

  • Setting KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned to business goals and marketing budgets

  • Usingtime series analysisandregression modellingto support accurate forecasting and optimise channel mix

  • Translating data into actionable insight and presenting findings to internal and client stakeholders

  • Supporting campaign leads with post-campaign evaluations and optimisation recommendations

  • Developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, and other visualisation tools

  • Championing a data-first culture across teams and mentoring junior analysts

  • Staying up to date with trends in marketing analytics and campaign measurement

You

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing analytics or performance measurement, ideally in an agency environment

  • Advanced knowledge ofregression models,predictive analytics, andtime series forecasting

  • Proficient in SQL, Excel (including Power Query and PivotTables), and either Python or R

  • Skilled in dashboard development using tools like Power BI and Looker Studio

  • Strong understanding of CRM, digital, web, and social campaign metrics

  • Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Highly organised, confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategic direction

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Maths, Statistics, Data Science, or Economics

  • Certifications in analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Power BI, Tableau) are a plus
