Consumer Data - Graduate Data Analyst

London W14 8TS, UK Req #1149 17 June 2025

Headquartered in London, CACI Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of CACI International Inc., a publicly listed company on the NYSE with annual revenue in excess of US $ and employing approx. 22,000 people worldwide.

CACI Ltd is an international data and technology consultancy with £154m turnover and 1200 employees. We are passionate, progressive and unafraid of challenge; our mission is to use technology and data-driven insight to make a commercial difference.

We provide expert advice and hands-on system management to help our national and global clients get the most from technology and data. We use innovation wisely to deliver well thought-out digital solutions and software.

CACI's Consumer & Market Intelligence and Experience & Transformation groups provide data, software and consulting services to improve our clients’ sales and marketing programmes.

We help clients find, retain and grow profitable customers through our understanding of consumer characteristics and behaviour. And we help commercial property developers and retailers plan retail provision in the UK and overseas.

C&MI and E&T Groups help clients shape the vision, define the strategy and deliver a truly integrated customer experience. Our services are based on in-depth understanding of individual consumer behaviour and marketing technology which influence the way consumers buy products and services through a combination of data, technology and consultancy.

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Data Science & Insight Team as a Data Analyst. We have a wide-ranging client list, working with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the UK across publishing, retail, financial services, utilities, leisure, gaming, and beyond, helping to support clients with their marketing activities. The team is responsible for the delivery of CACI’s portfolio of data products, which describe people and places in terms of demographics, behaviours, and attitudes.

What you’ll be doing:

· Delivering our Data Products: Either through standard off-the-shelf packages or using complex code to ingest and wrangle client data, the core part of your job will be working to ensure that our clients are able to access and use our data in the most effective way.

· Interacting with Clients: We work closely with the sales teams and account managers, so you’ll join them in conversations with clients to help them gain deeper insight into their customers.

· Innovation: We are always looking to develop new techniques and improve the efficiency of our existing processes. You’ll have the chance to join a “lab”, where we work collaboratively in small groups, focused on areas such as Automation, Image Analysis and Generative AI.

· Data Science and Visualisation: Once you’ve built up your knowledge of our data and processes, we’ll provide you with the opportunities to work on a variety of data science and data visualisation projects, which typically use CACI data in conjunction with information held by clients on their customers to deliver insight and recommendations. These would draw on a range of different software and analytical techniques and include the presentation of findings to external stakeholders.

How we’ll help you get started:

You’ll be learning from day one, and we aim to get you delivering projects within a week or so. We’ll train you on the job, so while we expect you to show that you have a great problem-solving mind, we don’t expect you to arrive knowing how to write the code we use day-to-day. The team is fun and close-knit, and you will have as much support as you need from your colleagues, many of whom are also recent graduates.

What we require of you:

You have a 1st or 2:1 degree in a numerate subject

You are personable, adaptable, inquisitive and eager to learn
You have a keen eye for detail and quality
You love solving problems
You enjoy talking to people
You are organised and are comfortable working on several projects at once
You like to work as part of a team

We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.

Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
