Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using the Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their business needs, and deliver customised solutions. Develop intuitive and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. Develop and deploy applications using Power Apps to enhance business processes, data quality and user experience. Create and optimise data models using Power BI. Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate. Optimise Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on usability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions into business processes. Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on using Power BI and Power Platform tools. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BI and data analytics. Essential Required Skills and Experience: 3 years of experience in BI development, with a strong focus on Power Platform and Power BI. Demonstrable experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards, using a wide range of visualisations to enable users to understand complex business scenarios. Demonstrable experience in developing solutions with Power Platform, with a focus on Canvas Apps and Power Automate. Experience connecting to different data sources including APIs. Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. Commercial awareness and business acumen will be required. Proficient in DAX, Power Query (M) and Power FX. Solid understanding of data modelling techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Familiarity with SQL and/or Python (desirable). Knowledge of Azure data services and cloud computing (desirable not essential). Experience within a Business and IT Consultancy practice would be highly desirable. Previous experience working in a client-facing role or consulting environment (desirable not essential). Experience with HTML and CSS will be beneficial. Qualifications Essential MCP: Power BI Data Analyst MCP: Power Platform Fundamentals DAX & Power Query (M) programming Degree level education or equivalent Desirable Proof of technical background through previous or current accreditations API creation SharePoint design & automation Salary: Up to £45k Benefits (DOE) Location: Hybrid/Remote, must live within commutable distance of London.
