The Role

This is a rarestandalone analytics rolewithin the Commercial Business Partnering team — giving youend-to-end ownershipof how data supports decision-making across sales, marketing, pricing, publishing, and even venue launches. You’ll be partnering with stakeholders across five continents, creating actionable insights from systems likeSalesforce, NetSuite, and Google Analytics, and working directly with the CFO.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with commercial teams to define, explore and answer business questions
  • Connecting multiple data sources (Salesforce, NetSuite, GA) into Power BI and DOMO dashboards
  • Owning reporting automation and training business units to self-serve
  • Deep-diving into pricing, product performance, and market trends
  • Helping forecast average deal value, commercial effectiveness, and geographic expansion
  • Playing a key role in the budgeting and strategic planning cycles
  • Supporting major digital transformation initiatives — including Salesforce integration and BI modernisation
  • Exploring how predictive analytics and ML (via DOMO) could support smarter revenue forecasting


Tech Stack

  • Power BI(main dashboard tool)
  • DOMO(in early stages of adoption)
  • Salesforce, NetSuite, Google Analytics
  • SQL and Python(used internally — you’ll be expected to be hands-on with SQL at a minimum)


Who This Role Would Suit

  • 3–5 years of analytics experience, ideally in a digital, retail, or media business
  • Confident working independently in a small team — a self-starter who enjoys building from scratch
  • Strong communicator, able to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and guide them through data
  • Commercially-minded — you think beyond metrics and always bring it back to the business
  • Comfortable digging around in data lakes, wrangling messy datasets, and telling a clear story
