Commercial Data Analyst

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

Location: Exeter, Devon - near Exeter Airport

Job type: Permanent

Reporting to: Senior Commercial Business Analyst

Salary: £32,869 per annum

Our client is looking for someone to join their team in Exeter within a ket supporting role to deliver accurate reporting to drive their business forward

Responsibilities and duties

Understanding product portfolio, calculating pricing and reviewing margins

Looking after data management of key systems

Developing key dashboards as well as taking a lead in projects assigned

Review, develop and deliver reporting and dashboards using SQL, VNA code, Power Query, Power and any other available forms of data extraction

Generate improvement opportunities for the business

What you will need

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Accuracy in data processing

Advanced level of Excel

Comfortable with SQL, VBA and data validation tools

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience of working with costing, turnover and margins

Knowledge of CRM, SOP or Warehouse Management systems is desirable
