What You’ll Bring: LASER Energy are looking for a Bureau Data Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering insightful data analysis that supports LASER Bureau customers in achieving their energy management and carbon reduction targets. Our Bureau services play a vital role in helping customers understand their utility consumption patterns, emissions, and associated costs. What You’ll Achieve:As a Bureau Data Analyst, you will:• Provide proactive data analysis and tailored reporting to help LASER Bureau customers achieve their energy management and carbon reduction goals.• Deliver high-quality, bespoke reports and insights using Monitoring & Targeting (M&T) software, Microsoft tools, and industry knowledge.• Identify data anomalies or unusual usage patterns and provide actionable advice and guidance to customers on resolving these issues.• Ensure all reporting and data shared with customers meet internal Quality Assurance standards for accuracy and clarity.• Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Customer Service Teams, Data Quality Analysts, and suppliers, to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers via phone, email, and meetings, offering expert advice and support.• Contribute to the promotion and continuous improvement of the Bureau service, sharing innovative ideas and best practices across the team.• Stay up to date with industry regulations, such as Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR), and broader climate change policies to better support customer compliance and goals.What We Offer:• 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays• An additional day off for your birthday to celebrate as you wish• Access to a generous discount scheme, including retail and gym memberships• Life assurance coverage• Health cash plan initiative• Companywide eventsWhat We Require:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and engaging way• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and develop trusted relationships with stakeholders• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and deadlines• A desire to grow professionally within the energy industry and contribute to sustainability goalsAbout LASER Energy LASER Energy’s mission is to deliver unique end-to-end solutions that help reduce energy costs and support the public sector on their journey to net zero.
