Once a path is chosen, be ready to disagree and commit to a direction.Role overview As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. You will collaborate closely with legal, sales, and finance teams to ensure compliance, manage risks, and support the growth of our business through effective contract management. A strong understanding of cloud service provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS agreements will be key to your success in this role.Draft, review, and customer agreements and order forms, including via cloud service provider marketplace (AWS, Azure, GCP)Manage and maintain all aspects of contract documentation, including execution, organization, amendments, renewals, and extensionsPartner with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure all contracts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and track non-standard deviationsWork with cross-functional teams to streamline the contract lifecycle process and improve contract management efficiencyEnsure timely contract execution and monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligationsStay updated on industry trends and best practices, as well as legal changes and updates to cloud service provider marketplacesRequirements

Bachelor’s degree

from an accredited institution, and legal or contract management qualifications are a plus, including JD, LLM, CCCM, CPCM, or paralegal certificateMinimum of

3 years of experience

in contract management, with specific experience in SaaS offerings provided through cloud service provider marketplacesProven track record of drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, order forms, extensions and renewalsFamiliarity with contract management software and toolsExcellent communication skills and ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, global environmentWhat's init for you?
