Salary - £80,000 - £90,000 + OTE £80,000 - £90,000 (Total package up to £180,000)

💼 What You’ll Be Driving

  • Elevating Partnerships - Focus on strategic, high-value relationships with ISVs, system integrators, and solution providers, especially those innovating in AI, IoT, computer vision, and automation.

  • Enterprise Impact - Shape go-to-market strategies with partners that resonate with large organisations and industry leaders.

  • Regional Influence - Adapt strategy to reflect local markets, languages, business norms, and compliance standards across the EMEA region.

  • Revenue Ownership - Drive growth through co-selling, joint offerings, and performance-driven collaboration.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and operations to ensure partner alignment throughout the customer journey.

  • Innovation Mindset - Leverage cutting-edge tools (including AI) to maximise efficiency and impact.

  • Proven success in senior channel, partner, or business development roles across EMEA, especially in tech, hardware, or enterprise solutions.

  • Solid grasp of partner ecosystems: ISVs, VARs, MSPs, and SIs.

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build enterprise relationships that deliver results.

  • A strategic, commercial mindset and the flexibility to navigate diverse regional markets.

  • Technical know-how or certifications in IT, edge computing, or AI (bonus points!).

  • UK based with travel across the region to strengthen partnerships and close strategic deals, Approx 10% of your time travelling.
