A unique opportunity to join a leading motorsport team as aCalibration Engineer, specializing in powertrain performance and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
✅Degree in Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or above)(MSc/PhD desirable)
✅ Strong knowledge ofinternal combustion engines, hybrid systems & turbocharging
✅ Experience withtest programs, dyno testing & powertrain calibration
✅ Proficiency indata analysis tools(INCA, MDA, CANape, Matlab, Simulink, etc.)
✅ Structured and data-driven problem-solving approach
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and optimizepowertrain calibrationfor performance, efficiency, and durability
Conductrig, dyno, and simulation testingto refine control strategies
Analyze data and validate powertrain systems for drivability and lifecycle requirements
Supportvehicle testing locally & internationally
Work closely with internal teams and customers to develop solutions under tight deadlines
