Job Description: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and play a key role in our data-driven initiatives. We're looking for someone with strong Tableau expertise to design impactful visualizations and support our reporting and analytics needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Tableau, creating insightful visualisations for business insights, KPI tracking, and data-driven decisions.
• Integrate data from a variety of sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party applications, to support reporting needs.
• Create and manage efficient, user-friendly data models to support accurate and reliable reporting.
• Collaborate closely with business users, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and translate their reporting needs into impactful visualisations.
• Provide training and support to team members on effectively using dashboards and reports.

Skills & Experience:

• Tableau expertise: Advanced skills in creating custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs, with strong knowledge of Tableau features such as calculated fields, parameters, and LOD expressions.
• Experience working with data in cloud environments, including managing data pipelines and data integration.
• Understanding of data security best practices within cloud environments, especially for handling large, sensitive datasets and ensuring compliance.
• Experience working within an Agile framework to facilitate collaborative and efficient project delivery.
