Salary: £39,530 per annum

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (Hybrid working available)

Full-time (37 hours per week)
Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm

About the Role
As a Business Insight Analyst, you will:

Develop and deliver insightful business reporting using diverse datasets.
Use data modelling and customer segmentation to optimise operations and predict future patterns.
Analyse performance and key indicators to enhance critical service areas such as repairs, arrears, and compliance.
Create visualisations and interrogate data using tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
Ensure compliance with statutory measures through surveys and analysis.
Support strategic planning and decision-making with detailed analytic reports for senior leaders.What We're Looking For

Has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
Can manage complex datasets, model and visualise data, and develop actionable insights.
