We are looking for a proactive and results-drivenindividual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as aBusiness Development Manager. The ideal candidate is skilled atreaching out to potential clients through various channels such ascold calling, cold email, networking, and social media. They willbe able to effectively present our recruitment solutions, negotiatecontracts, and establish favorable terms of business with clients.Additionally, the role involves developing and nurturing strongrelationships with both new and existing clients, ensuringlong-term partnerships through continuous engagement and excellentservice delivery. Client Acquisition: - Reach out to potentialclients through cold calling, cold email, networking, and socialmedia - Meet prospects and present the recruitment solutions(permanent placement or staffing) - Negotiate contracts and termsof business with clients. Relationship Management: - Develop andmaintain strong relationships with new clients - Expand to ensurelong-term partnerships - Pitch candidates to clients and getfeedback Collaboration with Recruiters: - Provide feedback to therecruiters to find better candidates - Assist the placement of acandidate all steps of the way This is for you if you are lookingfor a commission-only/high-value transaction opportunity.
