Business Data Analyst

Location: Warrington/home based (hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity within our analytical function here at RS integrated Supply, which is part of RS Group, for a Business Analyst to join us on what initially will be a 12-month fixed term contract.


This role would suit someone who is looking to broaden or grow their experience or seeking a new challenge within the world of Business Data, with opportunities to get involved in wider business projects to support your development.

What you will be doing:


As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our Business Intelligence strategy. You’ll champion best practices in data management and insight generation, ensuring that analytics are not only robust but also aligned with business priorities. By fostering data literacy across the organisation and promoting a culture of evidence-based decision-making, you’ll help embed data into the core of how we operate. Additionally, you will oversee the integrity and performance of our ETL processes and ensure our reporting infrastructure is accurate, consistent, and scalable to meet evolving business needs


What do I need to be successful?


If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

• Previous experience within a data analyst role


• Experience across data migration and data management


• Knowledge of SQL


• Ability to identify potential automation opportunities


 • Digital transformation
