We have a great opportunity for an immediately available Business Data Analyst to join a well-established company based near Chichester for a 3-6-month interim contract. Previous experience in data analysis and reporting is essential along with excellent Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI. They offer a hybrid working pattern with 3 x days per week in the office along with a competitive rate of pay.Responsibilities:Reporting: Manage, update, and maintain data reports to ensure accuracyPower BI Updates: Regularly update Power BI dashboards and maintain SharePoint integrationsInput Sample Reports: Enter, analyse, and verify sampling data into relevant systemsMass Balance AnalysisPerform MRF mass balance calculationsConduct comparative analysis between mass balance and sampling resultsSample Scheduling, organise & maintain sampling scheduleHighlight key data points for reportsePRN Management: Raise ePRNs to ensure complianceAd-hoc Data Analysis, provide ad-hoc data support and insights as requiredManage SharePoint, Apps, and BI access requests and updatesCoordinate the setup of new materials and yearly trade price updatesManage effective relationships with key stakeholders in the businessConduct MRF mass balance analysis for billingImplement price changesRequirements:Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar rolesKnowledge of compliance and MRF operations is an advantageAnalytical Skills with strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insightsTechnical Proficiency to include advanced knowledge of Power BI and SharePointProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)Attention to Detail, high accuracy in data management and reportingOrganizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesCommunication Skills to include strong written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and stakeholder engagementProblem-Solving Skills with the ability to address and resolve data and system-related issues effectivelyBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
