Business Analyst - Digital, Marketing, Data, Customer Journey, Data, System Implementation

Birmingham, Hybrid 2-3 days per week depending on phase of project

Fixed Term Salaried position - £55,000 - £65,000

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our clients team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise working on Digital Customer Experience type projects, including CRM and Data led Marketing systems. You will collaborate closely with digital and product teams to lead requirements and documentation for a new CRM and Marketing system implementation. Experience of Retail / Customer interaction type CRM / Marketing environments will be a big benefit.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret business processes, customer interactions and touchpoints to enhance CRM strategies and improve customer experience.

  • Work with marketing teams to understand the needs of large volume data-driven and AI campaign tools.

  • Collaborate with digital and product teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.

  • Develop requirements for reporting and dashboards.

  • Work closely with Data Engineering teams to elicit data migration requirements for migration to new CRM and Marketing systems.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Customer Experience, CRM, or Marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

  • Experience working with digital and product teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
