Business Analyst - BI-Focused & Technical | Hybrid (Exeter, 2 Days/Week) | PAYE Contract

We’re working with a leading organisation in the South West who are looking to bring in two experienced BAs to support key transformation projects—one with a Business Intelligence (BI) focus, and the other with a more Technical/Systems orientation.
These are hybrid roles, requiring 2 days per week on-site in Exeter, and are offered on a PAYE contract basis.

The Roles:

BI Business Analyst
Focused on data-driven decision-making and reporting solutions
Working closely with BI developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to define reporting requirements
Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data modelling highly desirable
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business needs into actionable insights
Technical Business Analyst
Supporting the delivery of complex IT and systems change projects
Working across technical teams to gather and document requirements, map processes, and support solution design
Ideal background includes working with APIs, system integrations, or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesWhat We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a Business Analyst role (ideally within large or regulated environments)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced projects
