FM Conway is currently recruiting for aBusiness Analystto join our innovative Business Transformation Team. You will partner with your designated divisions to provide a high quality business analysis service to support new and ongoing projects and bridge the gap between business and technical requirements. This is a permanent, full time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks.

The duties of the Business Analyst role will include:

-Working across all phases of the project lifecycle, using appropriate business analysis methodologies and tools to support the successful delivery of project goals and provide business value

-Conducting business analysis activities including early design discussions, shaping and scoping the project ensuring that requirements are fully developed

-Assessing and modelling processes, data flows and technology to understand the current value and issues and identify opportunities for improvement

-Ensuring the business requirements are analysed fully with appropriate engagement from the business and technical teams, including data analysis where required

-Creating technical documentation to assist developers and designers to think and communicate about the structure of the software or website being built; and to aid the overall design process and support communications out to the business

-Providing a clear documented picture of the “as is” and the “to be” through the use of workshops with stakeholders by listening, challenging, and collaboratively solving to deliver both business and project outcomes

What skills and experience do you need?

You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and external customers and have an awareness of change management, data modelling and lean techniques. You will have previous experience working as an ITBusiness Analystand experience analysing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities. A Business Analysis certification from BCS or equivalent is highly desirable.
