About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who May Apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

Employ a variety of data science techniques to assess and mitigate compliance risk.
Analyze and interpret data to extract statistical insights that guide decision-making and operational improvements.
Design, maintain, and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines to monitor transactional and KYC data.
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor the health of various compliance systems.
Communicate insights and proposals clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Undergraduate or postgraduate background in business data analytics, computer science or a related field.
Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, with a strong ability to build analytical dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Capable of creating clear documentation and presentations.
Strong sense of ownership, with a collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
