Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking aBusiness Intelligence (BI) Analystto transformraw data into meaningful insights, enabling strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will focus ondata visualization, dashboard creation, and providingactionable intelligenceto drive growth, user engagement, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have expertise indata analytics, BI tools, and a deep understanding ofdata visualization techniquesto effectively communicate complex findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzelarge datasetsto extract meaningful insights and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders acrossProduct, Marketing, Finance, andOperations teamsto understand business needs and definekey performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generatead-hoc reportsand data analyses to support critical decision-making.
• Design and maintaininteractive dashboardsandreportsusing tools likeTableau, Power BI, orLooker.
• Present insights clearly throughdata storytelling techniques, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Ensure data visualizations areuser-friendly, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and trackkey performance metricsto monitor progress towards strategic goals.
• Identifyareas for improvementbased on performance data and propose actionable recommendations.
• Partner withData Engineersto ensure data pipelines areclean, reliable, andoptimized for analysis.
• Work closely withProduct Managers and Marketing Teamsto support data-driven initiatives and campaigns.
• Ensuredata accuracy, quality, andconsistencyacross different data sources.
• Followdata governance best practicesto maintain compliance with privacy and security standards (e.g.,GDPR, CCPA).
• Leveragepredictive modellingandmachine learning algorithmsto forecast trends and potential risks.
• Provide scenario analyses to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Continuously refine and improveBI tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Stay up-to-date withindustry trendsand emerging BI technologies to bring innovative solutions to the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ yearsof experience inBusiness Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
• Previous start-up experience would be an advantage.
• Strong experience withBI tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik).
• Proficiency inSQLand experience withdata querying and extraction techniques.
• Expertise in creatinginteractive dashboardsand visual reports.
• Familiarity withstatistical analysis techniquesand predictive analytics.
• Understanding ofdata privacy regulations(e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience withPython or Rfor advanced analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical andcritical-thinking skillsto address complex business problems.
• Ability to translatetechnical findings into clear insightsfor non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally withEngineering, Product, andMarketing teams.
