ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, the Beverage Manager at W Edinburgh will have overall responsibility for the beverage programming within in the hotel, including the W Lounge on 11th floor, W Deck rooftop bar on 12th floor, the bar located within SUSHISAMBA restaurant on 10th floor, Room Service, and all wet-led activations and amenities.

We are looking for someone who is creative, driven and passionate!

As Beverage Manager, key aspects of your role will include:

  • Design and implement the hotel's beverage offering across all outlets
  • Work in partnership with outlet managers to devise steps of service and train all staff accordingly
  • Be the main point of contract for brand collaborations and partnership
  • Design and see through to completion innovative beverage programming in a way that is authentic to W Edinburgh
  • Implement beverage policies and procedures throughout the property
  • Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and licensing
  • Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Manage department budgets ensuring the maximization of profit while maintaining guest and employee satisfaction
  • Work in collaboration with all heads of departments
  • Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand's voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent
