We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft SQL Server and a passion for building scalable data solutions. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing enterprise-level BI and Data Warehousing systems, using cutting-edge Microsoft and Azure technologies.

Location: Remote-based + Leicester tech hub
Key Responsibilities:
Apply 5+ years of experience in T-SQL programming and utilising all aspects of Microsoft SQL Server.
Develop and improve Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Design and implement traditional Microsoft BI / Data Warehousing solutions for large enterprises.
Work with Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Store, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Analysis Services (DAX).
Implement CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
Collaborate effectively within Agile teams and fully understand agile development practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Databricks.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
