Azure Data Engineer - Contract - 6 Months+

I am looking for an Azure Data Engineer to join a re-insurance client of mine. The contract is initially 6 months but has a really strong view to extend with a potential view to offer a permanent contract.

Rate: £416 per day (Umbrella)
Location: Hybrid 1-2 days a week in central London.
Length of contract: 6 months with a strong view to extend.
IR35 status: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Experience working on the development of Lakehouse solutions on Azure.
  
• Dimensional data modelling experience.
  
• The ability to clearly define and document Design and architecture standards.
  
• Azure Data engineering with exposure to Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory Azure SQL.
  
• Python Scripting for Pyspark
  
• Strong Experience with Azure DevOps.
  
• Experience with TDD and Unit Testing.
  
  Desirables.
  
• Experience working on Multi Cloud Solutions
  
• Azure Integration experience with Azure Function Apps with previous C# knowledge.
  
• Master Data Management exposure.
