CereCore International is supporting a major automation-led transformation programme across HCA Healthcare's UK and US operations. As part of our delivery team, we’re seeking an exceptional

Automation Analyst II

to lead enterprise-grade RPA solutions that integrate across multiple payer platforms, internal systems, and EPR environments.
This is a specialist role designed to deliver high-value, cross-functional automation initiatives. Due to programme priorities, we’re looking for someone with deep, proven experience in healthcare automation at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the full automation lifecycle (design through to deployment) for complex, multi-stakeholder systems across payers, construction workflows, and UR case management.
Designing bespoke automations delivering measurable ROI (£50M–£120M+) through reduction of FTE workload and improved discharge throughput.
Implementing automations across payer APIs, EMRs (multiple simultaneously), and non-standard clinical processes, including construction project automation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning the UK, US, and shared service hubs to deliver globally-aligned solutions.
Mentoring junior analysts and standardising documentation using Six Sigma, GitHub, and RPA frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years delivering complex RPA and process automation projects, ideally in healthcare environments.
Proven delivery of

multiple automation projects within healthcare

that demonstrate

clear financial ROI

and operational impact.
Experience working with

US healthcare payer portals

(e.g., Cigna, Anthem, United, WellCare), and familiarity with global healthcare system workflows.
MBA or MSc in Data, Systems, or Process Engineering with

4.0 GPA

or equivalent distinction.
Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across

international healthcare organisations .
UiPath certification essential; Power BI and SQL certifications highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
Conversational Mandarin and fluency in cross-cultural collaboration.
Experience delivering automation projects in both

public and private healthcare

environments, including

unified EMR dashboards .
