In this newly established 12 month contract, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of production across global tentpole titles, working closely with Audible’s internal global production and studio teams. This role requires a combination of extensive media production experience, project management and operational excellence as well as ability to embrace change and work in the unknown.

As an Associate Director, Integrated Production, Global, you will...

Lead and manage all facets of production across global tentpole projects. Working in conjunction with the program manager, you will own and build project timelines and deliverables, acting as the global production point of contact for each global tentpole project.Provide oversight, direction and support to the internal local production teams for all stages of the content production, from concepting, planning, recording, pre-production, production and post.Provide direction and manage external third-party production houses, freelancers and external studios when necessary. This will include oversight of casting, recording, post production, quality check and final delivery of content.Effectively communicate with, manage and support internal Audible teams, agency teams, vendor partners, production partners to achieve delivery standards and timelines and ensure all necessary steps of the production process are completed for each project.Resource and support production partners, to ensure best in class production outputs that aligns with Audible’s vision. Keep up to date with Audible guidelines, technical specifications and legal compliances.Actively manage and coordinate with global production and content teams on all production details such as localization, QC, legal requirements, rights management, timelines, operational process and project budgets.Manage and deliver on the assets required for the integrated programs for each global tentpole project – connecting with key stakeholders across the global business, including marketing, product and operations.Create processes and documentation to deliver to timelines and Audible expectations, as well as developing efficiencies as the projects evolve.Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working within a media production environment, or post production facilities, with a demonstrated track record of successful stakeholder management.Experience in project-flow management.Experience working across multiple regions or on complex project with multiple stakeholders.Executive-level written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence others’ points of view and/or create consensus.Data led thinking, willing to take data-informed risks.Ability to define, develop, and utilize data-driven metrics and qualitative information.Instinct for stories and experiences that will appeal to listeners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required.Experience or strong interest in spoken word audio entertainment.Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills.Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple demands.Strong collaboration and communication skills.
