Purpose:
Within our Global Data & Analytics Hub, we focus on delivering value through impactful data products, leveraging data and analytics to drive growth and customer value across markets and functions.
The Associate Data Scientist will solve real business problems using advanced analytics, develop data products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, supporting knowledge sharing and platform development.
Principal Responsibilities:
Develop data science solutions for data products.

Monitor and improve the performance and quality of analytics solutions.

Conduct PoC and PoV to test ideas aligned with company goals.

Share knowledge with markets and functions, developing reusable components.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Data Science.

Programming: Python, R (plus).

Proficiency in SQL, MPP (plus).

Experience with version control (git) and testing.

Strong foundation in statistics and probability.

Knowledge of data science algorithms: classification, regression, clustering.

Data visualization skills using libraries like matplotlib, seaborn, plotly.

Data management skills: pandas, numpy, scipy.

Experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, S3, EC2, EMR, Glue).

Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) is a plus.
