• Keep the Burgers Rolling:Help oversee daily operations, from making sure our kitchen runs smoothly to keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming.
• Drive the Business:Assist in implementing strategies to boost sales, manage costs, and keep GBK the go-to spot for burger lovers.
• Customer Experience:Play a key role in ensuring our guests have a brilliant time, from the moment they walk in to the last bite of their burger.
• Step Up When Needed:Be ready to take charge in the General Managers absence, showing your leadership skills and keeping everything on track.
• Contribute to the Vibe:Help create a fun, relaxed environment where customers and staff alike enjoy their time.

• Experience:Youve got some experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
