The Vacancy

The successful candidate will assist the Head of Asset Management with the development and implementation of the Asset Management Strategy and Investment Plans by maintaining and providing strategic data to influence decision making whilst developing, implementing and maintaining the department’s databases to ensure effective delivery of asset investment programmes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing the Watmos Zero Carbon strategy, implementing robust data collection and validation techniques and analysing performance across all service delivery areas within Asset Management to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.

You will possess:

An understanding of the new Decent Homes and HHSRS. Experience in developing and maintaining an Asset database. Experience with stock condition surveys. Understanding of the Building Safety Bill and Building Regulations. Knowledge of setting up and monitoring administrative systems for performance management. Excellent written communication and grammatical skills and be highly IT literate. Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
