Job Description We're currently recruiting a dedicatedDispatch Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of theoperations in Universities on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5hours per week. Here's what you need to know before applying: Yourkey responsibilities will include: - Sort and dispatch calls ande-mails to the relevant department accurately within a timelymanner - Update and amend information when changes occur - Abilityto record accurate times and dates of all untoward incidents andcomplaints requiring Switchboard involvement. - Resolve stakeholderqueries competently and enthusiastically to represent ourorganisation in a professional light Our ideal Dispatch Supervisorwill: - Previous experience in this role/similar position isessential - Excellent telephone manner, with the ability tocommunicate effectively and maintain a high level ofconfidentiality - Exceptional organisation skills with the abilityto prioritise to meet deadlines. - Intermediate knowledge ofMicrosoft systems to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook andthe Internet - Able to work under pressure, individually and aspart of a team with a flexible approach to meet the needs of thebusiness.
