I'm working with a global professional services firm to hire for a AI Data Scientist in Glasgow (hybrid). Their combining world-class expertise with cutting-edge technology, data science, and automation to create smarter, faster, and more efficient solutions both in-house and for their international clients.
This is a brand-new role for an AI Data Scientist who's ready to make a genuine impact. You'll be the first hire in a growing AI function , giving you the freedom to shape the technical direction and build powerful AI capabilities from the ground up.
What you'll be doing:
You'll design and deploy next-gen AI solutions using Microsoft Azure , M365 , and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. You'll fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for legal-specific applications, uncover insights from complex data, and turn these into intelligent, data-driven decisions that power real business outcomes.
Collaboration will be key as you'll work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to bring innovative AI ideas to life.
What you'll need:
** Strong experience with RAG architectures or similar retrieval-based AI systems
** Hands-on knowledge of Azure (Databricks) , Python , and SQL
** A passion for building intelligent systems that drive tangible results
** Curiosity and creativity to explore new technologies and stay ahead of the curve
