This position is designed as a training role, offering opportunities for growth and learning while working on exciting projects that will make a difference in our business. In this role, you will use AI models for visual recognition, object detection, and tracking using machine learning and deep learning techniques. You will collaborate with colleagues from many parts of the business to use the systems developed to support our manufacturing processes. You will have the opportunity to present technical insights and solutions to stakeholders.
 

Your Responsibilities:

Learn: As a training role, a large part of your work will be to develop your skills

Develop and support key innovative technologies

Participate in our growing community of AI, machine learning, and vision specialists

Contribute to team goals and objectives, EH&S, and 5S activities
 

Skills and Qualifications:
We welcome candidates to apply even if they do not meet all the listed qualifications.

An undergraduate STEM degree, or equivalent experience

Programming skills (e.g., Python)

Experience in developing computer vision or AI systems (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Familiarity with image processing and machine learning techniques

Preferred but not required: Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), deep learning frameworks, or robotics applications
