Job Title: Account Executive Date: 4/12/2024 Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £24,000-£30,000 (DOE) Location: Remote but must be UK based Reports to: Founder & Creative Director Introduction At TEA, we’re seeking a self-starter to help deliver award-winning campaigns in the music industry. You’ll share a passion for electronic music and events with social media and marketing as your superpowers. The Role The Account Executive will focus on strengthening the connection between artists, labels, festivals, and their audiences. This role will lead with engaging and nurturing artist communities through digital marketing, building strong relationships between fans with international music and event brands. Why Work With TEA? Our previous team members have gone on to become award winning marketeers. About You You are digitally savvy with a deep understanding of the marketing and social media landscape. You know how to navigate and leverage key platforms, maximizing their potential with your eye for design, attention to detail, and digital content expertise. You’re seriously motivated to deliver results, eager to learn and extend your skillset, with a clear drive to grow both professionally and personally. You are passionate about brands, creativity, earned media and all aspects of digital marketing. You should be eager for evolution, continuously learn, and be highly adaptable to the fast-changing landscape of content generation, PR and communications, and actively motivated to contribute to high-impact campaigns that make a difference. Practical and advanced social media skills and an interest in following up to date trends are a must. You should already be familiar, and active within key platforms including Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. Key Requirements Strong ideation & Implementation: This role focuses on ideation and delivery of high quality campaigns for clients Music Industry Experience: Experience working within the music industry for labels, artists and events/festivals and a familiarity with Digital Streaming Partners (DSPs). Proven track record: Previous experience and examples of omnichannel campaigns that deliver results and have excelled expectations of clients. Creativity: strong creative thinking and a natural ability to contribute to brainstorms and campaign / content plans Strong communication skills: written and oral communication confidence and ability to craft engaging and persuasive content Passion for PR and Social: with a keen interest in culture and trends, and how they travel across platforms Excellent organisational and time management: with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creativity: A natural creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to brainstorms and develop campaign and content plans. Strong Communication Skills: Confident in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive content. Passion for PR and Social: A strong interest in culture and trends, and how they spread across platforms. Excellent Organisational & Time Management: Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Understanding and interest in media and social platforms: including regular reading of musical/industry news, mainstream news, lifestyle and culture media titles, familiarity with online and social metrics and reporting, video editing on platforms like Instagram, Youtube, Spotify or TikTok, practical understanding of influencer marketing Key Responsibilities Full project management, development and execution of PR and social media campaigns: contributing creative ideas, implementation and supporting campaign activation and evaluation Facilitating impactful strategy workshops and crafting effective strategies to deliver measurable results for clients Support running paid media campaigns through Meta & Spark ads Working closely with design team and supporting with content creation including graphics and video when required Research and monitor industry trends and campaigns: gathering and sharing insights and best practice to share with clients/teams and inform campaigns and client briefs Overall management of plans: creating content plans, creative assets, media releases, campaign reports, client emails and more Creating copy that converts: creating social posts, email marketing, ads, website copy, brans statements and more. Engage with media and creators: building and maintaining relationships to secure coverage/content, including building and maintaining relationships with talent management Building client relationships: ensuring prompt and accurate communication with clients across email and meetings, working closely with Founder and Creative Director on presentations and escalating any client issues to the senior team, and being a kind, empathetic and considered agency partner Internal team collaboration and education: working in partnership across different teams and being an active advocate of our digital and PR services, contributing to internal education and explanation through regular discussion and involvement in training Management of Team to get the best results and drive impactful campaigns Monitoring and reporting: using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for optimisation Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role Marketing CIM qualification, Marketing Degree or additional marketing qualifications not essential but advantageous How to Apply?
