Overview

Performics is a central Publicis Media capability that strategizes and provides digital activation services for global advertisers in over 57+ markets around the world with the aim of delivering the optimal outcome. Our Performance Centre of Excellence drives performance solutions across several channels including social, search, programmatic, commerce and affiliates. We have 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams from Google, Meta, TradeDesk and Amazon to deliver innovative solutions that help deliver business results to our clients.

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategicPerformance Media Operations Directorto drive the onboarding and scaling of our digital products while managing cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a high-energy leader who can track and manage multiple departmental programs, influence stakeholders, and proactively identify challenges to drive impactful solutions.

This individual will play a pivotal role inscaling high-performing products, and standardizing workflowsacross departments to improve efficiency. With a strong grasp ofperformance marketing, digital media, and project managementthis director will ensure that our initiatives are aligned with business goals while maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead global media operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and scaling of digital products.
  • Optimise workflowsacross teams, standardizing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholdersacross product, sales, finance, and tech to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Drive performance media solutionsacrosssocial, search, programmatic, commerce, and affiliates.
  • Own reporting & insights, ensuring data accuracy and impact measurement.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experiencein media operations, digital marketing, or program management.
  • A strongperformance media mindset—data-driven, results-focused, and solutions-oriented.
  • Experience working withglobal teams and large-scale clients.
  • Exceptionalstakeholder management skills—you bring teams together and drive execution.
  • A passion for problem-solving and making things better, faster, and more effective.
