Driveprojects that improve support-related processes and our customers’technical support experience. 9. Assist in Design/Architecture ofAWS and Hybrid cloud solutions. 10. Help Enterprises define IT andbusiness processes that work well with cloud deployments. 11. Beavailable outside of business hours to help coordinate the handlingof urgent issues as needed. Minimum Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or relateddiscipline required, or equivalent work experience. 2. 10+ years ofhands-on Infrastructure / Troubleshooting / Systems Administration/ Networking / DevOps / Applications Development experience in adistributed systems environment. 3. External enterprisecustomer-facing experience as a technical lead, with strong oraland written communication skills, presenting to both large andsmall audiences. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projectsin a fast-moving environment. 5. Be mobile and travel to clientlocations as needed. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in a24x7 operational services or support environment. 2. Advancedexperience in one or more of the following areas: Software Designor Development, Content Distribution/CDN, Scripting/Automation,Database Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Migrations, IPNetworking, IT Security, Big Data/Hadoop/Spark, OperationsManagement, Service Oriented Architecture etc. 3.
