What You'll Do

• Research, test and implement trading technologies, analytics and data tools.
• Conduct transaction cost analysis to improve trading processes and minimise costs.
• Resolve data, infrastructure and analytical tool issues.
• Enhance models, data sources and transaction cost analysis processes.
• Produce reporting and insights to support trading strategy and decision-making.
• Maintain knowledge of market structure, microstructure and transaction costs.
• Support stakeholder engagement and contribute to special projects.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in transaction cost analysis (TCA).
• Proven experience within quantitative, credit, equity or risk research.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent training and experience.
• Strong quantitative, data analysis and modelling skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with machine learning; knowledge of AI is advantageous.
