Lead / Principal Machine Learning Engineer - Remote

The Role

• Define technical direction across machine learning and MLOps
• Build and optimise recommendation, bidding, attribution, and audience targeting models
• Lead model monitoring, automated retraining, experimentation, and production ML systems
• Improve scalability, reliability, and real-time model performance
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to align ML initiatives with commercial goals
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical best practice

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience building and deploying machine learning systems at scale
• Expertise with Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with recommendation systems, LTV/churn modelling, attribution, or targeting models
• Strong understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production environments
• AdTech, programmatic advertising, DSP, or real-time bidding experience highly desirable
