This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join a growing, data-driven organisation where analytics sits at the heart of operational decision-making. You'll work across geospatial analysis, operational reporting, automation, forecasting, and optimisation, helping shape how data is used to improve services, increase efficiency, and support commercial growth.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Analyst will:

• Conduct GIS and geospatial analysis to assess operational performance and programme coverage
• Use ArcGIS and spatial analysis techniques to evaluate survey progress and identify areas requiring attention
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reporting
• Perform data analysis using Python and SQL to support operational and commercial decisions
• Develop automated reporting solutions and improving existing business processes
• Support route optimisation, workforce planning, and resource forecasting activities
• Analyse programme performance, costs, and commercial opportunities
• Contribute to pricing models, tenders, and business growth initiatives
• Work closely with operational stakeholders to provide actionable insights
• Support the development of predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Commercial experience using Python for data analysis and automation
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
• GIS or geospatial analytics experience
• Experience working with ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar mapping technologies
• Experience analysing operational or business performance data
• The ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive approach to improving processes and automating manual tasks
