The purpose of the role:

To provide engineering support to complete planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC equipment.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an HVAC Engineer to join the team located in Felling, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

What You'll Do:

· Carry out planned maintenance on all air conditioning equipment in line with PPM planner

· Complete AHU filter changes in line with PPM planner

· Maintain up to date records of work carried within the site F-Gas file and complete all necessary site paperwork as directed.

· Complete all permits and documentation required to complete the tasks in a safe manor.

· Complete reactive maintenance requests as required

· Maintain plant and services to ensure optimal operational performance in a safe, efficient and economic manner.

· Complete reactive maintenance calls on all HVAC systems

· Undertake fault finding and diagnosis of technical issues

· Installation work for small systems

· Provide emergency response standby as part of the on-call rota

· Identify plant and services future defects to ensure operational requirements are maintained

· Ensure all work performed complies with CBRE and client service level requirements.

· Manage all work orders ensuring closure and completion in line with SLA's

What You'll Need:

· City & Guilds 6087 Refrigeration and Air conditioning level 2&3

· City & Guilds 2078 Safe Handling or Refrigerants

· Good people skills

· Self-motivated, resourceful and pro-active

· Excellent customer facing

· PC literate/MS Office skills

· Strong communication skills

· Confident decision maker
