We’re recruiting on behalf of a global consultancy that’s looking for ambitious graduate Data Analysts to join their growing team in Milton Keynes. If you’re passionate about data, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, this is your chance to become a Consultant within just 12 months.

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll work on real client projects from day one, using the latest tools in analytics, AI, and data transformation. You’ll be supported with structured training, mentorship, and a clear development plan designed to help you grow into a fully-fledged Consultant.

This is a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, with 2 days a week in the office — Mondays and Fridays, giving you the flexibility to balance collaboration and focus.

• Working as a Data Analyst to uncover insights and trends
  
• Designing data models and transformation processes
  
• Building dashboards and visualisations for business users
  
• Translating business needs into technical solutions
  
• Collaborating with consultants and stakeholders across industries

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other STEM fields
  
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Interest in business and management consulting
