Transport Exchange Group Ltd (TEG) is looking for passionate and ambitious graduates and postgraduates to join our dynamic Data Scientist Graduate Program.

We’re looking for a Graduate Data Scientist to join our team and kick-start your career in data. As part of our Graduate Programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, learning from experienced colleagues, and helping us make smarter, data-driven decisions.

About the Program

The 12- month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide you with the tools, training, and experience needed to build a successful career in tech as a Data Scientist. No prior experience? No problem. At TEG, we provide the foundation you need to succeed, combining structured training with hands-on project experience.

You will begin in our Operations team, developing a deep understanding of our customers and business processes through roles in Customer Support, Onboarding, or Customer Success. From there, you will transition into a Data Scientist role, where you will learn how to support product and business teams with data driven recommendations—gaining the confidence and skills to grow your career at TEG.

When working as a Data Scientist, you will play a vital role in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and enhance TEG’s SaaS products. By applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modelling, you will help uncover opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers, you will shape data-driven solutions that deliver real value to our customers and support the growth of the business.

  • Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire (1st Floor, Bewley House, Marshfield Road, SN15 1JW). Then London Kings Cross.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm
  • Salaries: Graduate (£33,000 per year) / Postgraduate (£36,000 per year)
  • Work Authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
