Data Analyst

This is an opportunity to join a PE-backed business building its data and analytics capability. You'll work across data science, machine learning, and data modelling projects that support operational and commercial decision-making.

They are investing in data, AI, and cloud technologies to improve processes and support growth. The analytics team works closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver reporting, forecasting, and machine learning solutions.

The Role

You will:

• Clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources
• Build and maintain data models within a cloud data platform
• Develop predictive models for workforce, occupancy, and operational forecasting
• Work with Snowflake or Databricks to support analytics and machine learning use cases
• Create features and datasets for modelling and reporting
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models
• Support data quality, governance, and documentation
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver analytical solutions

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong Python skills, commercial experience in advanced analytics
• Experience with data wrangling and data cleaning
• Experience designing and maintaining data models
• Experience working with Snowflake and/or Databricks
• Knowledge of predictive modelling, forecasting, and classification techniques
• Experience working with cloud-based data environments
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
