Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for social media that truly performs? A rapidly expanding, socially-led agency is on the lookout for a Social Media Strategist to join their London-based team.

This is your chance to shape meaningful digital strategies for a range of exciting brands - including the agency's own - and play a pivotal role in campaigns that genuinely resonate.

Your day-to-day will include:

Designing and delivering bespoke social strategies that support business objectives and bring brands to life online.
Interpreting client briefs and developing creative, results-driven proposals you can pitch with authority and enthusiasm.
Partnering with internal teams - from creatives to data analysts - to roll out multi-platform campaigns on time and within budget.
Keeping informed of social trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform your work.
Evaluating performance metrics and turning insights into improvements and recommendations.
Developing and nurturing client relationships through consistent communication and strategic insight.
Shaping and maintaining the agency's own voice across its digital channels, showcasing its creative edge and industry presence.You'll need to bring:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a social media strategy role, ideally within an agency setting.
Demonstrable experience crafting and implementing cross-platform strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube).
Excellent communication skills and confidence when leading client presentations.
A strong grasp of analytics, with the ability to convert data into smart strategic decisions.
Great time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
A forward-thinking, trend-savvy mindset with a creative approach to content and strategy.What you'll get in return:
