Product Associate
Brilliant opportunity for a Legal professional to work as a Product Associate, joining a market-leading disruptive legal-software technology firm. This role can be based from either London or Cambridge. Offering excellent training, career progression and prospects, this is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding machine learning software house and be guided by some of the brightest minds in this field. On a daily basis, you will be working as a Pre-Sales advisor, supporting in Customer Success, while working closely with R&D and Engineering.
Location: You can choose to be based from Central London or Cambridge – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Salary: Negotiable + healthcare, pension etc.
Requirements for Legal Product Associate


  • Experience working in a legal setting, ideally as a lawyer

  • A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor’s from an internationally renowned university in ideally a STEM, Humanities, or Law-related discipline

  • At least AAB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please ensure A-Level grades are included on your CV)

  • Outstanding customer-facing skills with a sales spark

  • A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude

  • Strong aptitude for picking up technologies

  • Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team

  • Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English

Responsibilities for Legal Product Associate


  • Work closely with teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and design to support new product initiatives for legal software

  • Draft clear product requirements, feature outlines, and technical specifications

  • Oversee project timelines to help deliver products on schedule

  • Facilitate collaboration between different departments to maintain progress on development milestones

  • Contribute to product launch plans by coordinating activities and ensuring cross-team alignment

  • Produce comprehensive product guides and training resources to aid sales and support staff

  • Perform market analysis to understand customer expectations, industry shifts, and competitor offerings

  • Serve as a key point of contact between product and other business functions to keep everyone informed of updates and priorities
