As aJunior Applications Developer and Data Analyst, youll be a key player in our centralised ICTdata support team. This is more than just a support roleits a launchpad for your career in tech.

What Youll Be Doing

Support the ICT team withdata management, analysis and reportingto drive smarter business decisions.

Work with tools likeMicrosoft SQL Server,PythonandPower BIto uncover insights and build visualisations.

Develop your skills infull stack development, including frameworks likeDjango.

Collaborateacross departments to understand their data needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Assist your manager oncross-functional projects, helping to build strong relationships with internal clients and ensuring high-quality delivery.

What Youll Bring

  • We are looking for someone with a keen interest in IT, dataand development, whoslooking to build a career in this field.

Qualifications: Youll have GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C or above) and an A-level inComputer Science, Information Technology, Mathsor a related field.

Technical Skills:An interest in programming languages and frameworks, such asSQL, Python, R and Django.

Experience:An interest in and someexposure todata analysis and/or database management.

Core Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a keen interest in continuous learning and improvement.

  • Youll be a team player, with strong communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks but retain attention to detail. In analytical mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach will be key to your success in this role.
