Job Description:

We’re working with a growing Private Equity firm to help them hire an Associate into their Portfolio, Data & Analytics team.

This role is at the intersection of the investment and portfolio teams, playing a key role in driving data-led insights, analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will analyze portfolio company performance, build and refine financial models, prepare data-driven insights for investment committees, and support strategic initiatives through bespoke analytics and market research. The position offers broad, high-impact responsibilities spanning portfolio analytics, scenario modeling, and market intelligence, with regular exposure to senior management and opportunities to influence decision-making. The team is also exploring projects involving machine learning and advanced modeling, so an interest or experience in these areas is highly advantageous.

They seek analytically strong candidates with up to 4 years of experience, preferably with exposure to Private Equity and confidence working with large datasets.

Depending on experience, the base salary can reach up to £70k, complemented by a strong bonus potential and benefits package. The firm promotes a collaborative, supportive culture and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
